    •    After 12 hours, the order may already be processed or shipped, and cancellations will not be possible.

    •    Digital Product orders are not eligible for cancellation.

    •    The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging (if applicable).

    •    The service was not fully delivered/consumed.

    •    Non-Refundable Items:

    •    Custom-made or personalized products.

    •    Items purchased on sale or marked as “final sale.”
